Evelyn Chue, Chief Passionista (Right)

A visionary entrepreneur, Evelyn has more than a decade of human capital consulting experience. With a reasonably stable company (People Psyenceยฎ) under her wing, Evelyn can now put more focus on chasing her long over-due passion and lifelong dream which is to contribute and make a difference in society. Acknowledged as an accomplished speaker cum trainer, she is a certified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence assessments. She holds qualifications in BBA (Hons) Business & Information Technology from University of Coventry, as well as BSc (Hons) Psychology from University of Upper Iowa, US. In addition, Evelyn holds a certificate by London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) and is a member of Malaysian Society of Clinical Hypnosis (MSCH). She is currently a Level 1 & 2 (Psychometrics) registered specialist in test use with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and European Federation of Psychologistsโ€™ Associations (EFPA).

Stephanie Wong, Passionista (Middle)

With over 10 years of experience in the advertising agency, Stephanie is also a specialist in marketing and branding. Going beyond beautifying things, she also has a strong passion in people. Emotional well-being is a topic close to her heart and Eunoia has been her platform to connect with people on a deeper level. She actively participates in special needs support group. Additionally, she joined a Sensory Integration programme, which focuses on educating parents to teach their child (with autism) at home. As art has always been her way of de-stressing herself, Stephanie intends to pursue in teaching Art Therapy for individuals. She holds an Advance Diploma in Graphic Design & Advertising at The One Academy. 

Lynn Lok, Passionista (Left)

Lynn's interest has always been front and center about people. Before leading the life of a consultant, she worked in both mental health and education sector. Determined to advocate on the importance of emotional well-being, she leverages on her fun and unconventional way of thinking, which successfully drove her to design and organise mental health campaigns to raise awareness for more than 250 employees. Her love for story-telling led her to curate a digital learning experience to educate individuals on the importance of emotional healthcare. Lynn holds a Masters in Child Development from University College London and BSc (Hons) in Psychology from University of Sheffield.

Ellisha is a registered clinical psychologist with the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology. She was professionally trained in administering psychological assessments, conducting intervention programs and community mental health promotion programs predominantly in cognitive and behavioural approaches (CBT) under the tutelage of renowned clinical psychologists at the Health Psychology Unit, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia; Pain Clinic, Hospital Serdang; Psychiatry Department, Hospital Kajang; and Psychiatry Department, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre.

Prior to her career in psychology, she completed her tertiary education under Renong Group Scholarship Trust Fund with an ensuing career in the areas of corporate finance and strategy. Nevertheless, her unwavering interest in the field of psychology compelled her to pursue professional training in clinical psychology.  

Ellisha has worked with children and adolescents as well as adults on a myriad of psychological and developmental disorders, behavioural management, parenting skills and chronic pain.

Dr Valerie Jaques

Valerie Jaques is the first Malaysian psychologist to venture into the organizational world in addition to a therapeutic clinical and community practice. With a thirty (30) year track record she has worked with both local and multinationals in Malaysia and in the Asia Pacific region in the area of employee assistance programs (EAP) as a support to employees in organization as well as internationally with the United Nations mainly in the areas of critical incidents stress management (CISM), She also trained and supervised groups of volunteers for psychosocial and mental health support for survivors of crises and trauma as the National Psychologist for Medicin Sans Frontieres

Her strength includes being skilled at critical analysis in psychological assessments for legal, organization, education and medical requirements. Based on the Workplace Big Five competency assessment Valerie has excellent facilitation skills which are utilized in facilitating training programs for management such as Mental Health in the Workplace, Managing Challenging Stakeholders, Change and Transition Management, Career / Lifestyle Transition, Train the Trainer programs, and Agile Leadership. 

Underneath all these skills, abilities and knowledge, lies a warm, friendly and easy going, adaptable person who cares for the people she works with.

Justine Thong

Justine is a registered member of Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (MSCP). She has worked with children, adolescents and adults from various backgrounds and with mental health challenges such as anxiety, burnout, depression, grief, learning disabilities, relational issues, chronic pain management, psychosis, bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder. 

Her previous training and clinical experiences include placements in both private (Mentem Psychological Services, ACTS Clinic and Center for Psychological and Counselling Service) and public settings (Hospital Kajang, Hospital Selayang). As a practitioner, the breadth of her clinical work includes psychological assessments, diagnosis, and psychotherapeutic/counselling interventions through therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).  

Having a desire to promote mental health awareness and wellbeing among communities and groups, Justine has also conducted workshops and trainings to that effect in various organisations including corporate trainings and workshops in multinational companies. She believes that therapy enables individuals to explore possibilities for insight, change and positive movement in their situation.
